For centuries,
drumming has been used to create community, expand creativity,
and celebrate achievements. Beatin' Path brings
those same benefits to your workplace through highly
interactive and skillfully facilitated rhythm events. At
a Beatin' Path rhythm event, members of your team will
learn to appreciate their role within a group environment,
discover new ways to interact with those around them,
and have fun creating a rhythm orchestra together! Whether
you're looking for a way for your team to celebrate its
recent accomplishments or prepare for upcoming
changes, Beatin' Path can customize an event that meets
the needs of your organization.

Perfect
for opening or closing a conference or team meeting,
this program celebrates team spirit, effective
communication and creative leadership. Each
member of your team is provided a drum or rhythm
instrument and the group is molded into a cohesive
rhythm orchestra! The result is a team event that
is engaging, effective, and fun!

Group
cooperation, interdepartmental communication, and
creative expression highlight this program. The
group is divided into smaller units to work on
a rhythm performance piece with one of Beatin'
Path's team facilitators. Each group then
performs its piece live on stage. After celebrating
each team's achievement, the group works to fit
these smaller pieces into a larger ''rhythm puzzle''! Experiential
learning through rhythm!

“The
Drum Circle was a fun and fantastic experience
for our team. We interacted with each other
in ways that we don’t normally get to during
the course of a business day, and it helped us
to appreciate the unique talents and personalities
that each person brings to the table.”
