This rhythmshop explores the percussion instruments and techniques of a specific world culture. Along with learning drum and percussion parts to each rhythm, participants also learn song lyrics, techniques for improvisation and each rhythm's cultural context. Current offerings include The Rhythms of the Caribbean, Middle Eastern Frame Drumming, West African Drumming and Brazilian Samba Drumming.
